Cancellation and Rescheduling of Lessons

1.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. You can cancel or reschedule a lesson by contacting us via email or phone.

1.2 If you cancel or reschedule a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full lesson fee.

Refunds

2.1 Refunds will be issued by the following policies:

2.3 If you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2.4 If your lesson is canceled by Leading Note Music Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or instructor illness, we will offer to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time or issue a full refund.

2.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation or request for refund.

Missed Lessons

3.1 If you miss a scheduled lesson without providing at least 24 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
